AIA Vitality & Wellbeing Administrator Role

This pivotal position combines service excellence, data-driven insights, and shared value delivery to support Embrace partners, members, and broader business.

  • Manage inboxes for corporate clients, wellbeing programs, and rehab initiatives.
  • Oversee payments and receivables invoicing for corporate clients, wellbeing programs, and rehab initiatives.
  • Support provider services management including onboarding and maintenance of TPM requirements in collaboration with partnership managers.
  • Assist partnership managers conduct risk assessments for new service providers or partners.
  • Collate and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyse data to provide valuable insights to the organisation.
  • Create and update SOPs and training documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Administration experience within the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requests.
  • Clinical acumen and understanding of health biometrics.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance providers, and rehabilitation services.
