Registered Nurse

Apex Radiology Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team on a Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures at the Peel Health Campus and Peel Specialist Centre.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients before, during, and after imaging procedures
  • Prepare patients for CT, MRI, and Ultrasound examinations (including IV cannulation)
  • Assist in interventional procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and angiography
  • Monitor and support patients during recovery post-procedure
  • Maintain accurate documentation and handle specimen collection
  • Collaborate closely with Radiologists and Imaging Technicians
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling

The ideal candidate will possess current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse, qualification in IV Cannulation, and previous experience in surgical or radiology nursing.
