Great Central Mandurah location and Free Parking Description: We're looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated Residential Care team.
This is your chance to work in a close-knit team of four, providing exceptional, person-centred care to our residents - and making a meaningful difference every single day.
This is a part-time role with a regular roster that includes morning shifts and one weekend per fortnight, plus the opportunity to pick up extra shifts for leave cover.
Shift details: Morning: 7:00am - 3:06pm Afternoon: 2:24pm - 10:30pm (penalty rates apply for afternoons & weekends)Roster: Week 1: Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun (AM)Week 2: Wed, Mon, Tue (AM) You'll work all listed shifts.

What you'll do Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents' needs are met to the highest standards.
Collaborate with residents, families, and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and all legislative requirements.
Lead the creation, monitoring, and adherence of comprehensive care plans.
Manage incidents, risks, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Mentor, train, and support your team - helping them grow in skill and confidence.
Provide steady leadership during critical events.
What you'll bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Extensive aged care clinical experience (residential care preferred).
Proven leadership skills in a care team setting.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
COVID and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended).
