Job Title

We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to drive strategic initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. This role will be instrumental in supporting our business strategy by working closely with leaders and employees across the region.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop people-centric initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders through regular open conversations, driving business outcomes.
  • Provide support across the employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, development, engagement, performance, learning, and compensation.
  • Maintain business acumen by staying engaged with the organization.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, improve processes, and inform client groups.
  • Develop leadership capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor/Consultant role or 1-3 years as a HR Business Partner, preferably in finance or technology.
  • Experience in strategic and operational HR activities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or psychology preferred.
  • Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law; NZ experience desirable.
  • Experience across the full HR spectrum, focusing on employee experience and performance management.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
