As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all warranty work, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, and providing guidance to a team of Warranty Clerks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate warranty claims across multiple dealerships
- Lead a team of Warranty Clerks to ensure efficient and effective claims processing
- Develop and implement processes to improve warranty claim turnaround times
- Collaborate with dealership staff to resolve warranty-related issues
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warranty Manager in a multi-franchise environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Era DMS is highly regarded
