Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Vocationally Registered (VR) GP to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. As a vital part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in making a real impact in the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide culturally safe consultations with full cultural safety training and induction provided
- Manage chronic disease and preventative health plans
- Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Practitioners and allied health teams
- Support maternal and child health, mental health, and wellbeing initiatives
- Utilize telehealth and local referral pathways
- Ensure compliance with AGPAL and ISO clinical governance
- Participate in monthly peer support and professional development forums
- Vocationally Registered (VR) GP with Fellowship from RACGP, ACRRM, or equivalent college
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in general practice, preferably in rural, remote, or Aboriginal health settings
- Strong understanding of cultural safety principles or willingness to develop this through full training and support
- Proficiency in Medicare billing and patient care planning
- Ability to work independently with a community mindset
- Interest in long-term regional engagement and continuity of care
- Competitive salary package ranging from $312,000 to $390,000
- $30,000 superannuation
- $300 per week vehicle allowance
- Free furnished housing or $450/week housing allowance (location dependent)
- Work Incentive Payments (WIP) between $18,000 and $35,000 per year, depending on location
- Advance Rural WIP of up to $10,000 per year, based on skills, tenure, and eligibility
- Daily rates from $1,600 to $2,000, based on skills and availability
- Commission available on billings above $35,000/month
