Corporate Business Officer

This is a leadership role requiring strategic vision, practical expertise in corporate services, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Governance: Lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective systems, processes, and governance structures are in place.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and representing the organisation at sector forums and events.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience: In HR leadership, WHS compliance, and organisational development.
  • Tertiary qualifications: In HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership skills: Coaching, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
  • Aboriginal cultural safety knowledge: A strong understanding of Aboriginal cultural safety principles in the workplace.

As a leader in this role, you will have the opportunity to shape systems, build internal capacity, and contribute to delivering high-quality, culturally safe housing services and strengthening Aboriginal community housing capacity.
