Drive Business Growth as a Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This key role involves collaborating with executive-level stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.


  • Develop and execute customized success plans to ensure customer adoption and value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Use influence to drive usage and adoption of our solutions, ensuring customer health and full product value attainment.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive expansion revenue within assigned portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and preferences.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success within the tech industry.
  • Experience leading customer onboardings and managing end-to-end implementation processes.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent self-awareness in handling customer escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of product features and ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to synthesize information.
  • Fluency in English and ability to cater communication style to meet stakeholder needs.
