Job Title:

Senior Customer Readiness Manager

Job Description:

We facilitate collaboration between customer and product teams to ensure successful implementation of change. Our purpose is to help small businesses automate tasks, surface insights, and connect with relevant data.

The customer readiness team identifies critical customer risks through the business readiness process. We monitor the impact of product change on customers and support incident management for customer product insights.

  • Identify and mitigate customer risks through decision-making forums.
  • Ensure customer requirements are understood and adopted for high-priority change.
  • Advocate for customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement of release readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with leaders across functions to deliver awareness of product initiatives.
  2. Raise customer-related risks through decision-making forums and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Drive customer-centric solutions and educate the team on customer advocacy.

Critical Competencies:

  • Commercial mindset and understanding of software as a service (SaaS) business models.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
  • Agility and comfort working with complex data.
