As an Equal Employment Opportunity Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and upholding our organization's Appropriate Workplace Behaviour Policy. Working closely with HR Business Partners and managers, you will investigate concerns related to inappropriate workplace behaviour.

The team is responsible for developing policies and frameworks related to equal employment opportunity, as well as providing education on appropriate workplace behaviour to global staff members.

You will contribute to a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Triage enquiries related to Equal Employment Opportunity matters from HR Business Partners and managers
  • Supporting the Regional Lead - EEO with case management and investigations
  • Reviewing and drafting EEO related policies and processes
  • Developing annual training packs and education on appropriate workplace behaviour
  • Assisting with project coordination such as the Workplace Gender Equality Agency report

This role requires a degree-level education in Human Resources or a related field, with demonstrated experience in HR generalist roles. Key skills include strong verbal and written communication, coaching and influencing abilities, as well as data analysis and numeracy skills.
