Senior Paediatric Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Care Specialist to join our dynamic team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
About the Role- Provide exceptional patient care to neonates, children, adolescents, and their families in a 24-bed unit with varied presentations.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
- Enjoy a flexible roster of 12-hour shifts that support life/work balance.
Our team provides world-class Level 5 delineation services for both public and private patients. The hospital features 486 beds, a 50-bed Emergency Department, and 20-bed general and cardiothoracic ICU.
Requirements- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
- Post Graduate qualification in paediatrics (or willingness to undertake)
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
- Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
