About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at Milestones Forest Lake. As a dynamic and empowering People Leader, you will guide and support educators and families to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, meeting financial targets, and maintaining high-quality care and education.
  • Create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing expertise to increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre team to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.

About You

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
