About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at a renowned shopping centre on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our centre management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing centre operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance and presentation
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, including financial reporting and centre performance metrics
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive centre revenue growth
  • Manage and deliver casual and supplementary income streams, including vending, signage, and vacant shop income
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of lease information and tenancy schedules
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives and priorities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in shopping centre management, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and centre staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to centre performance issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and centre results
