Job Title: Support Workers for Elderly Care

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

About the Role:
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in elderly care.
  • As a Support Worker, you will be working with our residents, providing personal care, meal assistance, and social activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming
  • Assisting with meals
  • Toileting assistance
  • Bed making and room tidying
  • Setting tables and meals for residents
  • Social activities
  • Listening and building rapport with clients and other staff
  • Completing documentation
  • Following policies and procedures
  • Accredited training as part of your role
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. You choose your days and hours.

Initially, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm until completing accredited training units and on-the-job training is signed off, then you can start working Personal Care shifts from 7:00 am.
