Project Resource Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Resource Officer to join our team at Vero Insurance. As a key member of our Enterprise Delivery practice, you will be responsible for administering all regular and recurring resource processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of resource processes, including security requests, building access, and workstation arrangements.
- Leading a weekly resource meeting with the team and following up on action items.
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including job requisitions, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration.
- Maintaining accurate People Metrics data and project charts.
- Ensuring up-to-date Suncorp Intranet directory, SharePoint Directories, and People Portal information.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' administration support/HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with recruitment coordination, resume evaluation, and candidate screening.
- Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills essential.
