Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Build and develop a high-performance team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Centre Compliance: Ensure centre compliance with delivery standards through effective management and monitoring.
  • Operational Management: Manage safety, class occupancy, facility maintenance, customer service, sales, program delivery, and community awareness strategies to drive business growth.
  • Staff Welfare: Provide support and welfare for staff and families attending the centre.

As a Centre Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to motivate and support a team of enthusiastic leaders to become the leading swim school in the region.
