Swim School Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role at our swim school in Canberra.

The Swim School Leader position offers the chance to build and manage a high-performing team, delivering exceptional learn-to-swim lessons and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing staff and centre operations, including staffing, safety, class occupancy, facility maintenance, customer service, sales, program delivery, and community awareness strategies.

You will also need to possess strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
