Role Overview

Jabra is seeking an experienced Business Development Professional for Collaboration Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Enterprise market, particularly in Technology, Manufacturing, and Financial Services sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Jabra’s collaboration solutions, working closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with Jabra’s overall business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective conversion into revenue-generating deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of sales performance and client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in project-based sales environments, with a focus on developing customized solutions for Enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of Audio & Visual or video-conferencing solutions, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meetings in an Enterprise setting.
  • Demonstrated passion for sales management, with a keen interest in driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Experience in sales for the Enterprise market, particularly in Technology, Manufacturing, and Financial Services sectors.
