Business Development Manager for Collaboration Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the Enterprise unified communication and collaboration field.
- Develop and execute channel engagement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with AV partners and consultants in the ANZ region.
- Identify and develop new key accounts for video opportunities.
- Utilize creative thinking to generate revenue through various avenues for the collaboration business unit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell and upsell existing accounts.
- Develop strong networking skills to engage with customers and video conferencing partners.
- Pursue a passion for professional collaboration and sales management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a strong sales track record.
- Experience in project-based sales environments with customized solutions.
- Proven experience in Audio & Visual or video-conferencing solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meetings solutions in Enterprise environments.
- Strong interest in sales management and professional sales presentation.
- Experience in sales for the Enterprise market, particularly in Technology, Manufacturing, and FSI.
- Ability to deliver consultative sales support to Enterprise customers for video conference requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as Interior Design, Project Management, and AV Consulting for multinational corporations.
