Business Development Manager for Collaboration Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in the Enterprise unified communication and collaboration field.
  • Develop and execute channel engagement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with AV partners and consultants in the ANZ region.
  • Identify and develop new key accounts for video opportunities.
  • Utilize creative thinking to generate revenue through various avenues for the collaboration business unit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell and upsell existing accounts.
  • Develop strong networking skills to engage with customers and video conferencing partners.
  • Pursue a passion for professional collaboration and sales management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a strong sales track record.
  • Experience in project-based sales environments with customized solutions.
  • Proven experience in Audio & Visual or video-conferencing solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meetings solutions in Enterprise environments.
  • Strong interest in sales management and professional sales presentation.
  • Experience in sales for the Enterprise market, particularly in Technology, Manufacturing, and FSI.
  • Ability to deliver consultative sales support to Enterprise customers for video conference requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as Interior Design, Project Management, and AV Consulting for multinational corporations.
