About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Food Services team as a Menu Monitor. This part-time position will be responsible for assisting with the distribution and collation of patient menus, updating patient diet codes and production lists, and overseeing meal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of patient menus and meal services
  • Update patient diet codes and production lists
  • Oversee meal services to ensure high-quality and safe food is provided to patients
  • Work collaboratively with the Food & Environmental Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Current Food Handling Certificate
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to use computer menu system
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand patients' diet codes and modified meals
  • Commitment to policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ability to complete daily Food Safety documentation
