About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets, including Josephs Restaurant and Bar and multiple function areas.
  • Be an ambassador for the hotel, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.

About You:

  • You have experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue, with a passion for food and beverage and the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
  • You possess a valid RSA certificate and a basic understanding of wines and spirits.
  • You are a great communicator, with a desire for service excellence and a can-do attitude.
  • You are available to participate in a 7-day working roster of days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and are a team player with good personal presentation and self-motivation.
