Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Centre (NOC) professional to join our team. As a key member of our 24/7 shift team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing network incidents and faults within the DTRS network.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with field technicians and clients to maintain high network availability, contributing to technical documentation, and participating in continuous service improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor and manage network incidents and faults; escalate as required.
  • Collaborate with field technicians, teams, and clients to maintain high network availability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in NOC operations and customer support (GSM 2G preferred).
  • Proficient with Huawei and Nokia RAN, core, and transmission equipment in 2G/4G/5G cellular networks.
  • Proficient with network log file, call trace, and events analysis.
  • Understanding of GSM-R rail telecommunications, cyber security, and virtualized network solutions.
