
Organisation Development Manager

Are you passionate about developing organisational capabilities and driving strategic outcomes? This exciting role is an opportunity to lead the design and execution of projects focused on leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and critical capability programs.
This position plays a key role in aligning learning strategies with workforce priorities and enhancing data systems to improve program evaluation and delivery. You will be responsible for conducting learning needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation, as well as establishing and maintaining networks to drive engagement in workforce initiatives.
In addition, you will support the Director Program Support Services and collaborate effectively across the HR Strategy Leadership Team to drive strategic outcomes. Contribute to strategic workforce planning by identifying future capability needs and aligning learning initiatives to support long-term workforce sustainability.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of projects focused on leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and critical capability programs.
