About the Role:

  • Deliver research projects, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to design and deliver strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage continuous data sources such as Nielsen IQ, including agency management and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, usage, attitudes, and retail data.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control.
  • Measure and report on marketing program performance.
  • Manage content on the portal, including creating engaging summaries and assets.
  • Share insights internally and externally, supporting stakeholder engagement.
  • Support marketing strategies with insight-driven analysis and category overview reports.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in consumer or shopper data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of marketing and category management.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience working with grocery or category tracking tools is highly regarded.
