About the Role:

  • As a Senior Operations Advisor, you will be working within a supportive team that provides key systems support, compliance, and analysis to legal teams and business services departments.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment with engaging opportunities to enhance processes and compliance on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action incoming requests from legal teams for assistance.
  • Collect, audit, and analyze data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities across operational revenue.
  • Ensure initiatives led by the Commercial Operations team are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance to the business on documented policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Act as a mentor to junior members of the team.
  • Understand drivers of business performance and the impact of Commercial Operations on enhancing financial performance.
  • Assist the Finance team to monitor and document benefit realization from process improvements.
  • Update precedents including costs agreements and disclosure statements nationally.

Requirements:

  • A background in business operations, administration, or the legal industry is advantageous.
  • An organized approach and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Well-developed ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
  • Ability to work and contribute to a positive team-focused attitude.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and a strong outcome focus.
  • A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality improvement and commitment to improving client care and staff engagement.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
