Senior Operations Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Job Description:

The Senior Operations Advisor will be responsible for providing high-level support to our legal teams and business services department. This will include:

  • Actioning incoming requests from legal teams for assistance.
  • Collecting, auditing, and analyzing data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities across operational revenue.
  • Ensuring initiatives led by the Commercial Operations team are completed in a timely manner.
  • Providing guidance to the business on documented policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Acting as a mentor to junior members of the team.
