Residential Project Manager

As a key member of the project team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a major residential development while leading the commercial function in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of construction contracts to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance standards.
- Manage budgets, track costs, forecast financials, and guarantee accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate tenders and subcontractor agreements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Handle contract variations, progress claims, RFIs, and all related correspondence.
- Guide junior colleagues to uphold high standards across the team.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience as a Senior Contract Administrator, with recent senior-level exposure. They should have a proven track record on large-scale Class 2 residential or mid-tier commercial projects, strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with contract management software is required.
