Care Assistant

This is a rewarding role that requires physical fitness and the ability to work autonomously. It involves delivering personal care, assisting with daily living activities and providing household assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care services including bathing, dressing and toileting support.
  • Provide household domestic assistance such as cleaning bathrooms, mopping and dusting.
  • Prepare meals for customers and assist with grocery shopping.
  • Accompany customers on appointments, outings and social events.
  • Offer general companionship and help build social networks.

Requirements:

  • Holding a valid driver's licence and being willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
  • Having a nationally coordinated criminal history check and CPR and First Aid certificates.
  • Being physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
