- Exhibit a warm and empathetic nature, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, willing to go above and beyond to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Possess a positive attitude towards health and wellbeing, inspiring clients to take charge of their lives.
- Hold current qualifications and certifications, including Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care.
- Hold valid First Aid & CPR Certificates, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
- Own a reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance, facilitating timely and efficient service delivery.
