About Our Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our project management team in delivering high-quality results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of direct labor and subcontractors, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong track record of achieving safety, financial, and productivity targets. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams to achieve outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of direct labor and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience: In managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong track record of achieving safety, financial, and productivity targets.
  • Safety expertise: A deep understanding of safety protocols and procedures, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
