Job Opportunity in Responsible AI

We are seeking experienced and talented researchers to join our team at the Responsible AI Research Centre.

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who want to undertake cutting-edge machine learning research.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Programming experience in Python, C++ or other relevant languages and expertise in deep neural networks.
  • Strong mathematical capabilities with applicants holding an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in mathematics encouraged to apply.
  • Experience and knowledge of deep learning and one or more of the following: transformer networks, implicit neural functions, graph neural networks and/or probabilistic graphical models; and causal inference.
  • An outstanding publication record in top-tier machine learning and/or computer vision conferences or journals commensurate with experience and opportunity.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work well independently and as part of a broader team including industrial educational and community partners.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with an ability to communicate scientific ideas to an expert audience.
  • Commitment to the principles of equity diversity and inclusion with applications from traditionally under-represented groups within the Responsible AI community encouraged.
