IT Program Manager Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team and drive the transformation for the technology stream of our divestment process. This is a unique opportunity to set the strategy and lead a high-profile M&A project.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the overall program organization.
  • Develop and implement program plans to meet objectives.
  • Senior-level stakeholder management.
  • Develop and embed a program governance and reporting framework to monitor implementation, progress, and delivery of the transformation.
  • Provide effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in working on large-scale IT separation or integration is essential.
  • Previous experience in leading technology programs is essential.
  • Previous experience in consulting is preferred.
  • A track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • A highly motivated, self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
  • The ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem-solving skills.
About the Role

This role offers a daily rate contract, and the salary range is estimated to be between $175,000 and $225,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
