**Support Worker Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker/Carer to assist our clients in their daily lives.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, domestic duties, social support, and transportation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or 1 year experience in personal care.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
  • Smartphone.
  • Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends.
  • Experience in disability support.
  • Manual handling.
