About the Role

We are seeking a person who has a sincere passion for providing excellence in customer service to join our team on a full-time basis. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the delivery of customer service to both internal and external clients. A strong focus and an understanding of service and urgency are essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customers (internal and external) via various communication channels
  • Process payments and purchase orders
  • Prepare daily reports and provide information and documentation to customers when required
  • Provide relevant information to other teams to ensure customer deliveries are met on time
  • Log and monitor any authorized Goods Returns requests
  • Ensure that all orders are accurately entered into the system per customer requirements and company policy
  • Ensure all information relating to sales order entry is up to date and liaise with other departments where needed
  • Review production schedule report to confirm delivery dates for all orders
  • Other general administrative and ad hoc duties

What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • Experience within a similar role in a customer service setting, administration, or office support
  • Strong computer literacy - previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (highly regarded)
  • Be positive, friendly, energetic, and diplomatic with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision and use your initiative when required
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and manage many and varied tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of diplomacy with the ability to problem-solve and resolve conflict
