About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement centre-wide programs and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and outcomes
