About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and contributing to the development of our centre's programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to design and implement centre-wide initiatives that promote excellence in early childhood education
  • Contribute to the development and review of centre policies and procedures that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
