About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Brisbane Adelaide Street. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of exceptional educational outcomes
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our children
  • Build strong relationships with our children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of community and belonging

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
