About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Toowoomba Spring Street. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, while also supporting our centre team in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
  • Availability to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm
  • Ability to travel between other local services as required
