Following robust growth in the WA market and with a strong pipeline of current projects and upcoming opportunities, we are seeking an experienced professional to support our projects and commercial team.

The role will focus on supporting us on design and construction delivery in our fastest growing sectors of Aviation, Defence, Resources, and Energy.

Your Responsibilities
  • Establishing project controls processes and frameworks to support timely and budget-friendly commercial outcomes of our services engagements
  • Mentoring and developing project controls skills within and beyond your team
  • Performing complex project controls analysis and reporting on our high-profile engagements in collaboration with the project management and technical teams
  • Optimising processes by utilising digital tools (including in-house solutions) and interfacing with international colleagues
  • Collaborating with our Program Management team to help clients develop and deliver their programs on time and on budget
About You

We're looking for someone who has focused on project controls in the engineering and infrastructure sector:

  • Establishing an inclusive leadership style with a track record of developing others
  • Holding relevant tertiary qualifications or significant professional experience in engineering, project management or accounting
  • Using tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and Power Platform to integrate and gain insights from disparate data
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirements for reporting solutions
  • Integrating and administering MS Project and Primavera P6 programs to undertake Earned Value Management
  • Honing commercial skills and understanding of consulting and construction delivery models to fit the right project controls solution
