Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the project and ensuring its successful delivery.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a large and complex infrastructure project that will transform the healthcare services for women, children, and their families in the State of West Australia. You will be working closely with our project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your focus will include managing technical risk and opportunities, providing support to the project manager for stakeholder management and contractual requirements, and representing the project manager at meetings with clients and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for considering innovative design options, engineering solutions, and value for money initiatives and reviewing them for practicality prior to implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or an associated discipline;
  • Construction experience in major projects of $100M+ is essential, with health experience preferred;
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborative approach and ability to drive project outcomes.
