About the Role

As a key player in project delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects across multiple sites. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results and ensuring the success of our initiatives.

The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, design consultants, construction contractors, and materials suppliers to drive project outcomes. You will also play a crucial role in supporting project managers for high-profile projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing input into strategic plans and budgets, and ensuring compliance with project objectives.
  • Evaluating project risks and implementing controls to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices in project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have formal qualifications in engineering, maintenance, or project management aligned disciplines. Experience in mining and minerals processing is highly desirable, as well as exposure to procurement, logistics, and materials management.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-driven team player who operates with honesty and integrity. They will possess excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities across all levels.
