About the Role

  • Support the Group Customer Analytics team to deliver high-quality customer-focused reporting through continued automation and improvement of regular reports.
  • Manage projects or key work streams in major projects, coordinating with teams and providing strategic advice.
  • Extract insights from complex analysis using various data sources, including transactional, loyalty, and verbatim data.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build positive relationships across a matrix organization.
  • Proactive mindset and appetite to seek continuous improvements.
