Job Role Summary

As a Payroll Systems Officer, you will be working within the Payroll Systems team to focus on payroll and rostering systems support. This includes resolving technical issues and supporting the wider payroll team who provide payroll services to approximately 10,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide payroll and rostering systems support to the team.
  • Resolve technical issues related to payroll systems.
  • Support the wider payroll team in providing payroll services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with Payglobal and Roster On, as well as 2-3 years of experience in payroll systems processing. You should also have a structured and organised approach to managing workload, ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues, and ability to work well and constructively within and across teams.
