About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the HR team, you will partner with leaders across all divisions to advise and deliver best practice recruitment processes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company's recruitment approach, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for blue and white-collar positions across all divisions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to promote opportunities and attract exceptional candidates.
  • Provide counsel to leaders on diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusivity within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering internal recruitment services for blue and white-collar positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to support geographically dispersed stakeholder groups, including those located interstate and in remote areas.
  • Success in applying various sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Strong understanding of proactive talent attraction, including effective channels and engagement methods.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (highly desirable).
