Lead Pastoral and Spiritual Services in Queensland
Job Description:The QLD State Manager is a leadership opportunity to provide ethical guidance and shape the future of care. You will lead a team of pastoral and spiritual practitioners, guiding the overall direction and delivery of services across Queensland hospitals and aged care homes.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with other state managers to create a consistent, values-based approach that makes a tangible difference in the lives of patients, families, and staff. Your work will uphold our organisation's identity while driving impactful change.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the provision of pastoral and spiritual care is grounded in our mission and values, and maintain strong relationships with local clergy and religious congregations to ensure access to sacraments for patients, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a dedicated team of pastoral and spiritual practitioners and guide the overall direction and delivery of services.
- Ensure all actions reflect the core values of our organisation.
- Collaborate with other state managers to create a consistent, values-based approach to care.
