This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Engagement Lead where you will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement strategies that foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promote data governance, and raise awareness about the importance of data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver engaging content across multiple channels to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans that build trust, credibility, and support for data initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and other events that promote data literacy and awareness.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to inform data strategy and improve future engagement efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, stakeholder engagement, change management, business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in driving engagement and managing multi-stakeholder communications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
