Business Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader in the marketing and events space, driving growth and success. As a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director and Founder, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, inbox organization, and travel coordination.
  • Coordinate workshops, events, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact.
  • Oversee team travel arrangements, assist with event setup, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain systems, dashboards, and key reports to guarantee smooth operations and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support internal projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors, fostering strong partnerships and achieving business objectives.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, coordinate training, and develop processes for efficient integration.
  • Develop and refine processes and procedures to optimize recurring tasks, improve efficiency, and drive results.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A highly motivated and organized individual with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • A background in event coordination, hospitality, or corporate events is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
