Job Title: Account Manager - Wholesale Distribution

We are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to manage our wholesale distribution in Perth and Adelaide. This role reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for key accounts and independent retailers in designated territories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective call cycles with all point-of-sale partners
  • Achieve required sales targets by driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Analyse sell-in and sell-out results to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Identify range gaps and manage stock replenishment requirements to meet customer needs
  • Support retailer ranges, including introducing new stock and phasing out discontinued products
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and support new campaigns to drive brand awareness
  • Report requirements in sales systems during every point-of-sale visit
  • Oversee compliance of the e-Learning platform to ensure staff knowledge and skills are up-to-date
  • Plan and execute agreed retailer training events to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive business growth and loyalty

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous wholesale sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with premium brands is highly desirable
  • Visual merchandising and training experience is also desirable
  • Excellent time management, planning, and reporting skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and persistence
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience building and managing client relationships
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Team player with enthusiasm, energy, and a results-driven approach

This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours per week, with own vehicle and driver's license essential for interstate travel.
