
Part-time Accounts Administrator Position

This is a part-time permanent opportunity offering flexible working hours and an excellent location with free parking.
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As the primary point of contact for accounts-related matters, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Preparing BAS & PAYG statements
- Accurately recording data entries into the general ledger
- Conducting fortnightly payroll transactions and reconciliations
- Undertaking ad-hoc administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Preference for experience working with MYOB
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to manage and meet deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Professional presentation at all times
- A real team player attitude
