Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forensic Pathologist to join our team as a Staff Specialist.

As a Staff Specialist in Forensic Pathology, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic, consultative, procedural and on-call specialty services.

You will participate in associated teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities commensurate with the Staff Specialists (State) Award.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality diagnostic and consultative services in Forensic Pathology.
  • Participate in associated teaching, research and quality improvement activities.
  • Contribute to administrative activities related to the position.

Selection Criteria:

  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in Forensic Pathology.
  • Demonstrated contemporary clinical knowledge and technical expertise in Forensic Pathology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate complex information effectively.
